The activities normally performed by Proyser Group are classified as follows:

CAPITAL GOODS

Thermal and Mechanical Design of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, TEMA type, for the Chemical, Petrochemical and Oil Refining Industries, covering:
- Heaters
- Kettles
- Coolers
- Condensers

Thermal and Mechanical Design of special Heat Exchangers of use in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Power Generation Industries, applying proprietary technology:
- Falling Film Evaporators
- Boiler feed water preheaters, for both low pressure and high

pressure and according to HEI standards.
- Steam generation from heavy residues
- Boiler feed water thermal deaerators.

Process and mechanical design of vessels for the Chemical, Petrochemical and Oil Refining Industries, covering:
- Two phases (vapor-liquid) separators
- Two liquid phases settling drums
- Three phases (vapor-liquid-water) separators
- Steam Accumulators
- Steam drums for waste heat boilers

• Mechanical Design of distillation columns.

• Thermal and Mechanical Design of special heat exchangers for Solar Thermal Power Industry.

DESIGN AND SUPPLY OF GAS AND LIQUID TREATMENT PLANTS
The following activities could be developed in different steps: Basic Package (BEDP), Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and full-package. Some of these plants are:

 

•  Complete amine sweetening plant (MEA, DEA, MDEA) for removal of H2S from refinery gases or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)  including:

- Absorber columns equipped with trays and packing assembled
- Heat Exchangers and vessels
- Pumps
- Instrumentation and control
- Safety valves, etc.

Complete plant regeneration of amines (MEA, DEA, MDEA)
- Columns absorbers equipped with trays and packing
- Heat exchangers and vessels
- Pumps
- Instrumentation and control
- Safety valves, etc.

• Gas and liquid hydrocarbons drying plants by adsorption in molecular sieve (Mol Sieves) or activated alumina, including all equipment and systems required for the regeneration of the drying beds.

•  Sour Water Strippers for the removal of H2S and NH3 present in refinery  aqueous effluents
